It only takes a few minutes to whip up this special, spicy sauce and it involves mostly pantry ingredients. Use it on tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, burrito bowls etc. My taco Tuesdays would never be the same without it. It makes a great dairy-free alternative to cheese and sour cream on Mexican style dishes. This version of chipotle mayonnaise is extra easy because it uses ingredients that you will probably already have on hand and can simply be mixed together with a spoon or whisk, no chipotle peppers and food processor required.

1/2 cup mayonnaise (use certified gluten-free if needed)
2 tsp barbecue sauce (use gluten-free if needed)

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Chipotle powder has quite a kick, I recommend starting with 1/8 tsp of chipotle powder and increasing to taste.
Serving Suggestion:
When entertaining, I like to make double or triple the recipe and put it in a squeeze bottle for guests.
